Who We Are

Present With Confidence was founded by Dr. Joseph VanderStel, a former lecturer at MIT. Joseph and his team have coached people from all backgrounds—introverts, engineers, executives—to speak with clarity, confidence, and impact.

The system we teach has been battle-tested in dozens of public workshops across the country, where attendees consistently report breakthroughs in confidence and communication.

We are now selecting just three Indigenous communities to partner with us as we grow. Our mission is to share world-class communication coaching in a way that honors each community’s values, traditions, and leadership style.

We review short applications to make sure we’re the right fit for each other. Our goal is to partner with communities that will benefit most and can carry these skills forward for years to come.
